מדיניות פרטיות – Oceanholic-Surf

אנו ב־Oceanholic-Surf מעריכים ומכבדים את פרטיות הלקוחות שלנו. מדיניות זו מפרטת את האופן שבו אנו אוספים, משתמשים, מגנים ומשתפים מידע אישי, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, ולתיקון מס’ 13 (נכנס לתוקף באוגוסט 2025).

1. מידע אישי שאנו אוספים

  • הצפנה של נתוני תשלום ופרטי הזמנות

  • ניהול גישה מוגבלת למידע רגיש

8. ממונה הגנת הפרטיות (DPO)

במקרים בהם נדרש לפי החוק, מונה עסק ממונה על הגנת הפרטיות, שאחראי על שמירה על זכויות הלקוחות ופיקוח על עמידה בחוק. ניתן לפנות אליו בכתובת הדוא״ל של העסק.

9. ילדים

האתר אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל [הכנס גיל מינימום]. אנו לא אוספים מידע אישי במתכוון מילדים מתחת לגיל זה.
